  • Amy White, VP, Global Demand and Supply Management at Nike said Nike accelerated plans for expanding omni channel distribution into high gear, while reinforcing the loyalty of Nike customers.
  • Ulta Beauty’s Jennifer Krueger, Senior Director, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), described how the in-store experience – so important to Ulta Beauty business – had to transform, for example, replacing testers with samples.
