We heard from leaders who shared their experiences in supply chain—how they leaned into disruption, motivated and led their teams through uncertainty, and became more nimble and agile.
The last two years were challenging for us all, both personally and professionally. One positive outcome of the pandemic, though, was that our teams, and our organizations were given the opportunity to break down barriers, embrace change, and make honest assessments about what was working (and what wasn’t).
During these uncertain times, it can feel like we are all just surviving or treading water – but these leaders and their teams are thriving, and ready for what’s next.
