Working Mothers magazine releases its 30th annual list of 100 Best Companies for working moms. Only two companies have made the list every one of those 30 years: Johnson & Johnson and IBM.
While researching these companies, Working Mother found that all companies on the list offer fully paid maternity leave to full-time employees, while a majority offer paid paternity and paid adoption leave. All 100 Best Companies offer flextime and telecommuting, while a majority offer job sharing and compressed workweeks
