BCG report says hiring diverse employees is only the first step

A comprehensive survey conducted recently by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a global management consulting firm, found diverse employees—especially those with more than one dimension of diversity—“feel far less able than employees of majority groups to share their views at work.” More than 4,000 employees were surveyed about how included they feel in their workplace.
