The AWESOME Symposium will again provide a forum for women supply chain leaders to dialogue with their male counterparts about the opportunities and barriers for advancing women in supply chain. The focus of the 2015 male panel is “Collaboration in Action: Working Together for Impact – A Candid Conversation.”

The all-male panel discussing challenges related to women’s supply chain leadership was an especially well-received feature of both the 2013 and 2014 Symposiums.

The 2015 panel, moderated by Courtney Billington,VP Supply Chain, Pharma, Johnson & Johnson, will include these panelists:

Mike Duffy, President, Medical Products, Cardinal Health
Sean McCartney, SVP, Supply Chain and Operations, Chico’s
Jason Reiman, VP, Global Logistics, The Hershey Company
Remko Van Hoek, SVP, Sourcing and Procurement, The Walt Disney Company

Panel members will address questions such as: What are the key factors that get in the way? How can men at the top make a difference and make sponsorship successful? What challenges do male leaders face in their sponsorship efforts? How can men and women work together to ensure success?
