Toby Gooley, editor of Supply Chain Quarterly recently posted her observations about women advancing in leadership after attending the CSCMP session entitled “Women in the C-Suite: Leadership Lessons from the Top.” She describes the discussion among four AWESOME leaders and moderated by AWESOME Executive Director Nancy Nix as “thought-provoking.”
Gooley writes that AWESOME has made it clear “the conversation is no longer about women entering the profession but about their role as corporate leaders and shapers of supply chain strategy.
