A panel of female and male supply chain leaders at the 2019 AWESOME Symposium – May 1-3 in Seattle — will discuss the challenges and successes of women and men working together to achieve gender parity. Bonnie Fetch, author of (Un)Skirting the Issues: A Guide for the Well-Intentioned Man in Today’s Workplace, will moderate.

The panelists for the session are: Peter Anderson, Vice President, Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Cummins, Inc.; Jeff Gallinat, Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing Operations, Cisco; Betsey Nohe, VP Supply Chain Americas, Morton Salt; and Donna Warton, General Manager, Microsoft Devices Supply Chain, Microsoft.

Bonnie Fetch, who is Executive Director, Cummins Distribution Business Supply Chain, will begin by presenting findings from research for her book. The discussion will then focus on the importance of having men engaged in the process, the issues that get in the way, and strategies for overcoming them.
