The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) is accepting nominations now through April 15 for the Emerging Leader Award, recognizing early and substantive contributions to supply chain management and logistics. AWESOME is encouraging network members to nominate a young woman who meets the criteria.
To qualify for the Emerging Leader Award, a young professional nominee must be:
- A member of CSCMP
- 32 years-of-age or under
- Doing something exceptional outside of his/her normal scope of work which calls them out as a person of distinction
Nominees will be evaluated based on active involvement in CSCMP, certifications and continuing education, recognition as an up-and-coming leader, contribution to the supply chain management profession.
The award will be presented at the CSCMP EDGE 2018 Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, September 30-October 3.
