Company Culture – Taking a Stand (or Not)

In the current environment, more companies (and more CEOs) consider taking a stance on current issues as a social responsibility and as a way of engaging their employees and connecting with their consumers. Yet not everyone has reached that point. We heard your views – as a leader, as part of a business organization, and as an individual – on what topics matter most now, how companies are expressing their position on those topics, and the ways in which consumers (including you) based their buying on a company’s stance. All topics and all views were welcomed as part of this informal LIGHTNING Round conversation. This event was in partnership with Deloitte.
