Hilary Krane serves on the boards of the Portland Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Restoration Hardware and The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation. In her previous position as General Counsel and SVP for Corporate Affairs at Levi Strauss & Company, she served as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Levi Strauss Foundation.

As a KPMG executive, Nancy Calderon served as senior partner of the firm’s Board Leadership Center. She currently serves on the board of Northern Technologies International Corporation, as VP of the Greater New York YMCA Board, and on the boards of the NY Women’s Forum and The University Club.
