A recent article in Inc. magazine describes the process Google employees use to reflect on their “most significant undesirable events.”
The article by Justin Barise also provides a link to a template that outlines what Google calls its “postmortem” process, which includes these three lessons:
Identify your most important problems.
Create a record.
Promote growth – not blame.
