NIKE Inc. is the second major corporation to host the annual AWESOME Symposium. The 2015 Symposium was hosted by Johnson & Johnson at their world headquarters in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Introducing Trish Young, 2016 Symposium Co-Chair and VP of North American Supply Chain at NIKE, Inc.
Trish Young will join Ann Drake, CEO of DSC Logistics and founder of AWESOME, as co-chair of the fourth Annual AWESOME Symposium on April 27-29 in Portland, Oregon, and at Nike’s headquarters in nearby Beaverton.
A 26-year Nike veteran, Trish joined the company as a Customer Service Representative in Memphis, Tennessee. She acquired broad operations and leadership experience through positions such as North America Director of Logistics and Operations, Supply Chain Director for Asia Pacific, Director of U.S. Customer Service and Sr. Director of Demand Planning and Inventory for North America.
In her current role as VP, NA Supply Chain, she is responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain activities within North America and for driving collaborative learnings and solutions with her global partners that ensure a healthy marketplace. Trish has a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University.

NIKE CEO Mark Parker named Business Person of the Year by Fortune
Called “a nine-year sensation” by co-founder Phil Knight, NIKE, Inc.’s CEO, has been selected to top the list of Fortune’s annual ranking of corporate “chieftans.” Parker is a long-time runner and was one of the first people recruited by NIKE right out of college, joining a design outpost in New Hampshire in 1979.
