In 2015, the company formed the JDA Women’s Interest Network (JDA WIN) focused on mentoring, sponsoring and developing women at all levels to realize their full career potential at JDA. The group also aims to increase communication about the program both internally and externally to foster greater awareness about gender diversity at JDA and in the workforce, overall. Chapters around the world host regular lunch-and-learns and networking breakfasts and participate in community service projects. The group’s global mentoring program has doubled in size since its formation, giving women across the company the opportunity to grow through these dynamic relationships whether they are mentor or mentee. In 2016, JDA launched its Winning Leadership program, aimed at developing leadership skills and providing career guidance for female managers and directors, with a goal of helping them advance higher in the organization.
In the summer of 2017, JDA launched its Wednesdays for Women blog series, which focuses on sharing the career journeys of some of the incredible women who work at JDA, female executives from among JDA’s customers, interesting points-of-view from both women and men at JDA and more. The goal is to offer women stories and situations where they can see themselves, inspiring them and giving them a roadmap for charting the course of their careers. The series has become one of the most read of all of JDA’s blogs.

It also dovetails nicely with our own Women’s Interest Network (JDA WIN) which is focused on mentoring, sponsoring and developing women at all levels to realize their career potential at JDA.
