The Future of Women’s Leadership: Achieving Gender Equity in Business Education & Beyond

Panel members will share their perspective on the challenges to achieving gender equity in business and explore opportunities for collaboration among educators and business leaders to effect progress. They will focus on barriers young women face as they enter the workforce and what business schools can do to recruit female students and prepare them for success. They will also share insights from their own experience as women leaders and the importance of advancing women’s leadership in business school faculty and leadership roles.
