FMCSA Expanded Transportation Waiver: The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) published a new waiver for truck driver hours-of-service which includes fuel, paper products and other groceries as well as raw materials such as paper, plastic and alcohol used to manufacture essential items. FMCSA also added an FAQ to help explain the waiver.
