Brandon Miller is a Manager with Clarkston Consulting, chairs the firm’s Diversity Council, and leads their Diversity Services. Brandon has been with Clarkston since 2014, where he has developed expertise in organizational efficiency, activating diversity & inclusion, direct to consumer marketing, and project management.
As the Diversity Council Chair, he works with company stakeholders, management, and employees to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a passion for driving corporate growth and inclusive culture for organizations through people-first and data-driven strategies; he created and facilitates Clarkston’s groundbreaking and action-oriented IDEAs Seminars (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, and Action Seminars) that focus on mitigating unconscious bias and inclusive leadership. In addition, he spearheads various diversity campaigns and initiatives. For clients, Brandon and team focus on driving value from insights to action to help promote diversity, inclusion, and equity and enable positive organizational change throughout their organizations as well as serving as a dedicated advisor and trainer.
Brandon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Technology & Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of consulting, Brandon works with Dallas-based STEM organizations, speaking on leadership and workplace diversity, and works with philanthropic organizations, including the Too Fly Foundation, a nonprofit he founded to creatively raise funds for passports, tools, and resources to aid in helping students in underserved communities to travel abroad. He also co-authored, The Intersection Book, a compilation of inspiration, advice, and stories from a diverse array of entrepreneurs, creatives, and change agents.
