Lillian Dukes, Principal and President of LAD Consulting and an AWESOME Advisor, has joined the board of the Kansas Health Foundation and will serve on the audit committee. She also has been named president of the board of FEJ-USA, where she previously served as vice president.
The Kansas Health Foundation works to improve the quality of life for persons living in Kansas with programs focused on access to care, healthy behaviors, civic and community engagement, and educational attainment. Using Kansas data, the board seeks to positively impact health outcomes and educational opportunities for children, including those from lower-income, racial/ethnic minority groups, and certain zip codes.
FEJ-USA (Foundation Enfant Jesus) is a non-governmental organization with the mission of creating sustainable communities in Haiti by offering opportunities for education, improved health and self-sustaining employment.
In these board positions, Lillian is applying experience she has gained in more than 25 years in leadership roles for companies such as Spirit AeroSystems, Beechcraft Corporation, American Airlines, American Eagle Airlines and GE.
