Five university students took full advantage of the opportunity to meet supply chain executives – from young professionals to legends of the industry — at the CSCMP Conference. They spent two-and-a-half full days participating in sessions and a variety of networking receptions. At the end of the conference, they met to de-brief with their sponsors from AWESOME, including founder Ann Drake, CEO of DSC Logistics, and Executive Director, Dr. Nancy Nix.
The students, who attended the conference on AWESOME scholarships, represented five universities: Michigan State, Penn State, Syracuse University, University of Maryland, and University of Tennessee. In coming weeks they will write essays about the conference experience that will be posted on this web site, and they are invited to attend the AWESOME Symposium April 27-29, 2016.
