Senior-level women leaders in supply chain who are part of the AWESOME (Achieving Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain Operations, Management and Education) network are receiving email invitations to participate in the fourth annual AWESOME Symposium this spring. Women who meet AWESOME criteria but who have not yet connected with AWESOME are asked to contact the organization by emailing mary.cline@awesomeleaders.org to request an invitation.
Invitees who register between now and February 6 for “Creating an AWESOME Future” — to be hosted by NIKE, Inc., in and near Portland, Oregon, on April 27-29 — will pay a reduced rate and receive other advantages, including being seated at VIP tables at the opening dinner, being listed as “First Movers,” including the Symposium Program, and being entered in a drawing for Nike Gift Certificates valued from $100 to $500.
Co-chairs of the event, which features networking sessions, panel discussions, and up-close conversations, as well as presentation of the 2016 AWESOME Legendary Leadership (ALL) Award, are Trish Young, VP of North America Supply Chain at NIKE, Inc., and Ann Drake, CEO of DSC Logistics, Founding Partner of the Symposium.
