Five women have been included in Fortune’s annual list of “business superstars” whose companies stand out as being able to get concrete results and “cold hard cash.” Also on the list, and in fact topping it, as Business Person of the Year is Mark Parker, CEO of NIKE, the company that will host the 2016 AWESOME Symposium this spring.

The five women named by Fortune include: Mary Dillon (#6), Ulta Beauty; Barbara Rentler (#17), Ross Stores; Carol Meyrowitz (#28), TJX (Parent Company of TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Homegoods); Laura Alber (#34), Williams-Sonoma; and Phebe Novakovic (#42), General Dynamics.
