The most recent issue of MHI’s online publication announces the publication of the fifth volume of REALITY CHECK, highlighting “driving factors AWESOME feels have resulted in only 5% of top leadership positions (C- and VP-level roles) being occupied by women.”
The article also points out that REALITY CHECK: How We Make Things Happen – Reaching New Levels of Leadership offers suggestions about how women can create their own opportunities at the same time companies are taking steps such as “addressing unconscious bias, making sure candidate pools are diverse, and recognizing the results of female staff, among other things.”
